Shaletha helps young clients develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and foster healthy relationships through individual counseling, group therapy, and play therapy techniques.
Shaletha uses a client-centered approach, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral (TF-CBT), and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) when addressing the needs of her clients.
